Fermaid K: A versatile yeast nutrient that provides a balanced blend of organic and inorganic nitrogen sources, as well as micronutrients essential for yeast growth and fermentation. It can be added at the end of the lag phase (12.5 g/hL) and after 1/3 sugar depletion (12.5 g/hL) to support a healthy fermentation.
Fermaid O: A 100% natural, yeast-derived yeast nutrient that is rich in organic nitrogen and essential vitamins and minerals. It does not contain any inorganic nitrogen (e.g., no DAP) or urea. Fermaid O has the highest level of YAN (mg/g) permitted by the OIV monograph for yeast autolysates (OIV-OENO-496-2013). It can be added at the end of the lag phase (20 g/hL) and around 1/3 sugar depletion (20 g/hL) to help winemakers achieve steady fermentations while limiting temperature peaks.
Go-Ferm: A specialized nutrient used for yeast rehydration, providing critical micronutrients. It is recommended to use 30 g/hL of Go-Ferm when rehydrating yeast to ensure optimal yeast performance.
Servomyces: A unique yeast derivative product that can be added to the kettle about ten minutes before the end of the boil. It contains 1 Capsule per 1 - 7 gallons (4 - 26 liters) and helps support yeast health and performance.
